Psychotherapy
Our work draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, offered both independently and in thoughtful combinations. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, allowing us to meet you where you are and support where you’re going.
Ways We Work
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with care and intention. This work supports insight, healing, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and navigate challenges together. The work focuses on building connection while honoring each individual’s experience.
Family Therapy
Family therapy supports healthier patterns of communication, understanding, and connection within family systems. It creates space to navigate conflict, strengthen relationships, and foster more supportive dynamics.
Parent Therapy & Skills Support
Parent therapy offers guidance and support for navigating the complexities of caregiving. This work may include practical skill-building, emotional support, and tools to strengthen connection within the parent-child relationship.
Our Approach
Nature-Informed Therapy
Nature-informed therapy integrates the natural world into the healing process, supporting reflection, grounding, and connection. Sessions may incorporate nature-based practices or simply draw on the principles of restoration and reciprocity found in nature.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
DBT is an evidence-based approach that helps build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. It supports both acceptance and change—holding space for where you are while working toward where you want to be.
Psychedelic Integration Therapy
Preparation and integration support for psychedelic experiences and other non-ordinary states of consciousness. This includes ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for which we offer preparation, ketamine sessions, and integration, guiding clients through the full arc of the experience.
Canine-Supported Therapy
Canine-supported therapy incorporates the presence of a trained therapy dog into sessions to support comfort, grounding, and emotional connection. When appropriate, this approach can help create a more relaxed and supportive environment.
